Talk about GREED+Real Estate--this 24 yo took out concurrent mortagages in *multiple* states & is now about to lose it all. Trouble is, he has a wife+kid to support--and he has NO JOB! That's right--the mortgage forms he filled out didn't require any verification. Maybe someone can think of something to help him out (so his wife &kid won't starve!)
